To enjoy the full flavour of our persillade use it to make a vinaigrette with olive oil, mustard and a little cider vinegar — it’s really good! It’s also the perfect dressing for a Perigord salad made with new potatoes and foie gras. Persillade can also be used directly as a seasoning for meat. You’ll love it!
