MIN OF COOKING

INGREDIENTS

  1. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, Marcel Senchou marinade, onions, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper. Use a wooden spoon or whisk to mix the ingredients until you obtain a smooth marinade.
  2. Place the chicken fillets in a shallow dish or resealable freezer bag.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure it is well coated. If you’re using a freezer bag, seal it tightly after adding the marinade, then gently massage the bag to spread the marinade all over the chicken.
  4. Leave the chicken to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. For best results, you can leave it to marinate for several hours, or even overnight.
  5. Once the marinating time is up, heat a frying pan over medium heat or prepare your barbecue.
  6. Cook the marinated chicken until cooked through and golden brown on each side, about 6 to 8 minutes per side depending on the thickness of the fillets.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley or coriander, if desired, and serve hot.
  8. Enjoy with our barbecue sauce for even more flavour.
