INGREDIENTS

  1. Dip your sausages in a pan of hot water for about 5 minutes. You can also grill them or fry them in a pan for a stronger flavour.
  2. Meanwhile, open the hot dog buns and pop them quickly into the oven (or a frying pan) to warm them slightly and crisp them up a little on the outside.
  3. Assemble your hot dogs: place a hot sausage in each bun and add the pickles.
  4. Pour on the BBQ sauce and mustard to taste.
  5. Add the fried onions.
  6. Serve and enjoy with chips or a salad!
