Become a barbecue whiz with Marcel Senchou! Our easy-to-use BBQ Mix for Carnivores combines shallot, pepper and coriander. This tasty seasoning jazzes up any meat from a classic rib steak to a humble chicken drumstick.
What we love about this Marcel Senchou mix is that it does not require any cooking skills. Simply open the sachet, pour it into a bowl and add six tablespoons of water, three tablespoons of olive oil and three good pinches of salt. Then all you have to do is coat your meat with the mixture and leave it to work its magic.
Top tip: take the meat out of the fridge a couple of hours before cooking. By leaving it in a cool room, you reduce the temperature difference between the refrigerated and the heat of the BBQ coals. This allows you to obtain very tender meat. With our marinade working its magic for 45 minutes, you have all the cards to delight your guests!
