INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 teaspoon Marcel Senchou spice blend (cayenne pepper, smoked paprika and a dash of cumin)
  • 4 cl vodka
  • 10 cl tomato juice
  • A few drops of Worcestershire sauce
  • A pinch of celery salt and pepper
  • A dash of lemon juice
  • A sweet chilli pepper to garnish

  1. In a shaker, combine the tomato juice, vodka, lemon juice and mixed spices.
  2. Add the Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste, then shake well.
  3. Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes and garnish with the celery stick and sweet chilli for visual and taste effect.
