INGREDIENTS

  • Marcel Senchou Rosemary
  • 20cl gin
  • 5cl lemon juice
  • 5cl blueberry syrup
  • 10cl sparkling water
  • A sprig of rosemary

  1. In a shake, add the blueberry syrup, lemon juice, gin and sparkling water.
  2. Shake vigorously!
  3. To serve, slide a slice of lemon onto the outside of the glass so that the lemon juice wets a strip. Then roll this part in the Marcel Senchou rosemary.
  4. Strain the cocktail into the glass and add a sprig of fresh rosemary.
  5. Enjoy in moderation
