INGREDIENTS

  • Cucumber
  • Marcel Senchou chives
  • Marcel Senchou crushed chilli
  • Cream cheese
  • Smoked salmon
  • Avocado
  • Salt and pepper.
  1. Cut the cucumber into thin slices and arrange them side by side.
  2. Spread the cheese over all the cucumber slices.
  3. Add slices of salmon and avocado, then sprinkle with chilli.
  4. Roll up and cut into several pieces.
