INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon Marcel Senchou Zaatar
  • 250g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil
  • 1 handful coarsely chopped pistachios
  • Zest of fresh lemon

This recipe couldn’t be simpler

  1. Simply blend the yoghurt with the olive oil, garlic, salt, zaatar and lemon.
  2. Arrange your mixture in a soup plate
  3. Sprinkle with your pistachios and a touch of zaatar
  4. Then enjoy!
