INGREDIENTS

  • 230 g diced mango
  • 50 cl whole milk
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 generous pinches Marcel Senchou saffron

We couldn’t think of a simpler recipe: put all the ingredients in a blender and that’s it!

Before serving, sprinkle lightly with cardamom powder.

Now all you have to do is enjoy!
