INGREDIENTS

  • 2 melon
  • Marcel Senchou basil
  • 1 mozzarella
  • 40g pine nuts
  • 4 slices of ham

Serves 4

1. Start by cutting your melon in half, removing the seeds and scooping out the flesh with a spoon to form coarse pieces or balls.

2. Chop the mozzarella and ham.

3. In a large bowl, mix the melon, mozzarella, ham and pine nuts.

4. Add the basil

5. Then stuff each melon half and enjoy!
