INGREDIENTS

  1. Start by cooking your pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. In the meantime, you can chop half a beetroot into small pieces.
  3. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and set aside.
  4. Mix the ketchup and ricotta in a bowl until smooth. Season to taste!
  5. Add this mixture to the drained pasta and mix again.
  6. Dress by adding a few pieces of beetroot, some crumbled feta and adjust the seasoning.
