INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon Marcel Senchou cardamom
  • Raspberries, coconut flakes and pomegranate for the topping

1. In a blender, add the raspberries, chopped banana, Greek yoghurt, milk, honey (if desired) and Marcel Senchou cardamom.

2. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the mixture seems too thick, add a little more milk to reach the desired consistency.

3. Once your smoothie is ready, pour it into a bowl.

4. Garnish the top of your smoothie bowl with raspberries, pomegranate and shredded coconut flakes.
