INGREDIENTS

  1. Preparing the ingredients:
    • Cut the meat and vegetables into similar-sized pieces, suitable for the size of the skewers.
    • If you’re using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes before use, to prevent them from burning on the grill.
  2. Marinade :
    • Place the pieces of meat and vegetables in a large bowl.
    • Pour in the marinade made up of the twist BBQ sachet, 6 tablespoons of water and 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
    • Mix well to coat the meat evenly.
    • Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour in the fridge, or even overnight for a more intense flavour.
  3. Cooking:
    • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
    • Place the brochettes on the hot grill and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes on each side, turning halfway through cooking, until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and lightly browned.
