INGREDIENTS

  • 1 glass of Cachaça
  • Juice of 4 limes
  • 1 litre of water
  • 1 tbsp Marcel Senchou Fennel seeds
  • 2 tbsp Marcel Senchou Cloves
  • Rapadura sugar
  • Lemons for decoration

  1. Add the water, sugar, cloves and fennel seeds to a jug.
  2. Chill overnight.
  3. Strain the mixture.
  4. Add the lemon juice and cachaça.
  5. Stir with a spoon.
  6. Add crushed ice to 10 old fashioned glasses.
  7. Serve.
