INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bag twist roll cinnamon Marcel Senchou
  • Marcel Senchou Cinnamon
  • 50g sugar
  • 160g softened butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp liquid vanilla
  • 270g flour
  • 1 tsp lemon juice, white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp bicarbonate of soda or baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C and prepare 2 baking trays lined with baking paper.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt) in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, place the softened butter with the cinnamon twist sachet. Beat with an electric whisk for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla and beat again for 1-2 minutes to incorporate.
  5. Fold in the dry ingredients with a spatula, then cover and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  6. In a small bowl, mix about 50g caster sugar with 1-2 teaspoons cinnamon powder.
  7. Form balls of dough with your hands and roll them 1 or 2 times in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  8. Place the balls on the baking tray, leaving a space of 5 cm between each ball.
  9. Bake for about 8-11 minutes and leave to cool a little before moving them.
