INGREDIENTS

  • 3 lemons
  • 100 ml lemon juice
  • 50 g sugar
  • 10 g gelatine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • Marcel Senchou blue poppy seeds
  1. Chop and scrape the lemon and extract the juice.
  2. Pour the juice into a saucepan with the sugar and gelatine, stir until smooth, then pour into a bowl of whipped cream and mix.
  3. Sift through a sieve into the lemon mixture.
  4. Leave to rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
