INGREDIENTS

  •  ⅘ tablespoons Marcel Senchou gingerbread mix
  • 250 grams wheat flour
  • 250 millilitres milk (cold)
  • 250 millilitres milk (warm to hot)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  1. Whisk together all the dry ingredients (flour, vanilla sugar, gingerbread mix and salt) in a bowl.
  2. Make a well in the centre and add the eggs and oil.
  3. Whisking vigorously, start to incorporate the cold milk, then add the hot milk.
  4. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and lightly butter it.
  5. When the pan is hot, pour a ladleful of batter and spread it over the entire surface of the pan.
  6. When the edges of the pancake start to lift and colour slightly, turn it over and wait a minute.
