TARRAGON 6G

If you like Bearnaise sauce, you’ll love cooking with tarragon! This aromatic herb, which means “little dragon” in Latin, will gently awaken your taste buds. At Marcel Senchou, we love it as a seasoning for fish and meat thanks to its subtle slightly bitter taste. Dehydrated herbs have many advantages. For example, you don’t have to have green fingers to care for a tarragon plant. You also don’t have to do any chopping or cutting to use it. It’s never been easier to cook with good products!

Suggestions

Dehydrated tarragon makes it easy to make your favourite dishes. To make your own homemade Bearnaise sauce, simply cook white wine and white wine vinegar in a pan with salt, pepper, shallot and two spoonfuls of tarragon. During the cooking process, the herbs will hydrate and release all their flavour with no prior preparation. Then add the egg yolks and butter and mix well. You’ll love this sauce with meat and fish!
