Oregano, also known as wild marjoram, is ideal for all your favourite Mediterranean dishes. Our team fell in love with this dried herb in a Greek salad. Add to a salad of cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese, black olives and a few sliced onions. Add a dash of olive oil and a little balsamic vinegar. The flavours of the oregano make all the difference and could well turn you into a real chef!
