We have concocted a colourful mix of black, white, green and pink peppercorns. The black pepper adds potency, the white pepper a delicate flavour, and the green pepper a fruity taste, all accompanied by the slightly sweet taste of the pink pepper. This all-purpose pepper mix is perfect for dinner parties. It can be used to season meat, vegetables and fish with a deliciously unique flavour. Suggestions

A great way to start using our four-pepper mix is to make our delicious pepper sauce recipe. Simply melt 40 g butter with 30 g flour until the roux starts to brown. Add a crushed stock cube, a tablespoon of vinegar, a teaspoon of our pepper mix, a little cream and voila! This ultra-easy chef’s recipe goes well with both meat and French fries.
