min preparation time
For 4 people:
1. Toast your bread slices.
2. Cut your avocado in half then into thin slices. Place them on a plate and season them with a squeeze of lemon juice to stop them turning brown.
3. Crumble up the feta and finely chop the chives.
4. Dress your toasts: start with a tablespoonful of Senchou beetroot ketchup, then layer a few slices of avocado on top. Top with a bit of crumbled feta and some chopped chives. Season your toasts with a drizzle of olive oil and some salt and pepper.
Serve with a green side salad.
